You'll find there's a 'What's New' link at the top of most pages. When you have a list of threads with new posts, there's a red icon with double downward triangles that will take you to the first unread post in that thread.

Top of the page, there is a What's New link, that will show you all the posts you have not viewed or have been updated since your last visit.

I have now also added a MY SUBSCRIPTIONS link to the MY SETTINGS drop down in the main nav for you.
