Should we be planning some sort of West Sportsmaserati spring outing? Maybe in late April or May?

I have been doing some planning but also reflecting on how spread out members in our area are, so my thoughts are to include rendezvou places where members from further afield join the route but may also plan a route themselves to get there.

My initial thoughts are (starting from home).
1 Cotswold Aero Club for Coffee and a Bacon roll etc
2 Classic Car Hub near Bidbury walk about the cars as well as cafe lunch
3 Upper Slaughter Pub hopefully a chance to sit outside with a drink
4 head home via your chosen route

I think the above gives a good mix of fast A/B roads as well as a gentle pace of lanes to see the countryside and traverse a SW to NE route which could capture more members.

I'll express interest given I live in the West, but 2 hours away for a run-out is possibly a stretch.

If anyone fancied something in the Malvern Hills (NB the cafe at the Morgan factory isn't bad), the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons) or nearer Shropshire it would be easier to participate.

I’ll be going (in the Westfield) to the kit car show in Malvern on June 1st. Good way to spend a few hours if the sun is out.
