This activity is being done by bots entirely automatic, signing up and posting, you will note it is always a first post. Between us we are deleting around 20 a day it seems; they are automatically banned ant reported as spammers in the process but it is a sad fact that there are many attempts and some get through. I know Matt and Trevor are looking into it to find a solution.

Always a first post and always containing a hyperlink. Could posts with hyperlinks be blocked/filtered for members with, say, less than 5 posts. This would obviously impact genuine new members for a time. But if text links were allowed instead of hyperlinks it might work??

Each to their own. There's nothing wrong with a 6.9% abv lager with a decent aftertaste. To me it's a lot better than pretentious fruit juice.
