@outrun had a cracking Macan, cost him peanuts and likely lost nothing during his ownership, which would have offset fuel costs. He may have some hints and tips.
Yup, as Mr Crud says, I had a mega high spec Macan for about 3 years. Macan S diesel with £35k of options because the first owner had more money than sense but that was nice for me!!
We bought from a Porsche main dealer, serviced it through then and kept in inside warranty. The only issue was a failed abs sensor which put it into limp mode and Porsche replaced all 4 under warranty.
I liked it but didn't love it. You can tell it's the top end VW group model and that it's a Q5/Touran etc under the surface but with nicer interior, better suspension etc. Not exciting to drive, super competant, well made.
We bought at 36k and I think I sold for 28k, maybe 27k. So not expensive really compared to many others.
