It is....but how believable......there'd have to be a hefty mark up on this one if done commercially!

No reserve and it has a V5, so it will sell and probably re-appear in a year or two; no doubt with a version of the chase story.

My cousin possibly had that car from new! He lived in Kinghorn near Kirkaldy at the time and I doubt there were many others around there in that colour? I've lost touch unfortunately so can't confirm Reg No.
I remeber as a kid sitting in my brothers lap in the passenger seat doing nearly 100mph on the coast road - Health and Safety ehh... but it started my love of cars..

and it was far worse than it even looked in the pictures, I doubt there was a panel on the car that was salvageable! It was literally crumbling on the spot, pieces of rust were dropping off and visible on the auction hall floor.

How much did it go for, surely the £132k mentioned above is in reference to a different car.

This Dino is sadly fit for scrapping. It will require a new chassis and body, and interior, who knows what the engine is like. After all that, what would be left of the original car!!?

No that is no mistake I was at the auction yesterday, the hammer fell at £110,000 so that equates to £132,000 with the buyers premium added!
