Frank nice to meet up Saturday sorry I didn't hang around to chat but had to get back for lunchtime. Great morning out we got there a bit early at 9.30 so by the time we met I had looked at every car in the garage and also had my car on the ramp for 45 mins which was great. Did anyone see the Ferrari petrol cap for sale at £850.00 !

Like wise Andrew.......hope you spent that money wisely and didn't waste it on a trophy vintage Ferrari filler cap!!!

possibly spigot joint/ bell housing needs attention and brake pipes need to be replaced due to corrosion. Took it to the garage from where I purchased it from today and so far they have been very helpful. taking the gearbox out this week to check it and replacing brake pipes with new copper ones as suggested by greypaul. Hopefully all sorted by end of this week and I should have a car which is ready for the winter.

Firstly we couldn't find the GP location relying on the map off the website, then it was a good old phone call to the receptionist!

Drove past......didn't see anyone through the windows.....its a huge delaership.

Then ventured inside to see present, Andrea, Andrew and Paddy, Paul, John and finally Adam with papa.


I had chats with them all, pressed the flesh and looked around a very splendid showroom and meet some techs too who were very knowledgable and friendly.

I throughly enjoyed meeting you all and seeing a bunch of like minded people enthusing over their hobby and cars.

Finally a big thanks to Andrea who organised and facilitated the event....roll on the next one!

pleasure was all mine... (been on the road for a few days..spotted a few masers over the last few days, i always wonder if anyone on here?) sorry not replied earlier, just got back! Nice to put faces to cyber chat... glad all had a safe journey back,

so have i missed anything?
