what was the black car on the left of the pic, was it a 250 tour de france.
Are those Citroen parts (green) under the hood of the Merak, they look familiar?

We had a wonderful day with you guys today. The warmth of the friendship more than made up for the cold of the grey day outside.
Thanks for a great time, and I'm sorry that we were not able to catch up with everyone.
I would particularly like to thank Paul and Carol for organising the lunch time party, and to say how nice it was to catch up with Pete (safrane) such a nice guy and I can't wait for you to join the owners once again.
I hope that we can make it along to another meet soon.
Keep the photos coming, they make a great reminder of another wonderful day in Bristol.
Best wishes to all
David
Nice pictures.....Liz asked me what the pidgeon was for.........Couldn't really answer but just said if it wasn't there life wouldn't be the same.
looks like a good gathering fellas, hope the rain didn't dampen the spirits - did you get to San Carlos for Lunch? Piper was a but gutted we couldn't be there for that alone!
Hi Simon,
Yes we got to San Carlos. Twenty two of us sat down for lunch. Sorry both you and Piper could't make it. Carole also sends her best wishes.
Regards,
Paul
The noise from your motor was missed in Bristol this year Simon but a good effort made by the rest of us.
