Been there a couple of times with Linda back when we lived in MK. It is a lovely pub (the food is top notch), but I don't remember any outside space or beer garden, rather just that little terrace stuck on the side? The rest of the outside space is given over to parking.

From memory there is a bit out the back , and to the side but agreed main outside is parking i'll give it a wrecky tomorrow, excuse for an anniversay meal

So are we at least settled on the weekend of the 2nd and 3rd June to co-inside with Stanford? This would get my vote, as I think we'd get a really good turn out to both the BBQ and Auto Italia the next day.

Any accomoodation nearby with parking for Massers?
Only ever stopped in central MK Jurys etc where its a park on the street/public car park job.

Holliday inn ( the one 1 minute just off junction 14 in Newport ) nice place discreet secure parking , and maybe 10 mins max to Wavendon and fuse no 41 for the cigar lighter 15amp and pale blue

Popped into the Wavendon arms lunchtime , yes they have a rear garden with benches and things, spoke to the manager , and he will be more than happy to cater for us , happy to put on a bbq but says he just has to ok it with his boss ...re H and S and it could almost definately be a goer

I might just try and work that in, lot's going on in June, but if I wiggle and waggle a bit, I might just fit in a burger / sausage / chicken leg / etc. Will have to run it past her in doors of course, she keeps surprising me with trrips here and there, but I supose it could be my turn to surprise?
