Never been to Stanford, I think that one gets my vote, its just a matter of how we organise this BBQ and where?

We have 3 options, at a pub or restaurant, at a members home, at a beauty spot.

Stanford is nice and central too.

with those 3 options matt id pick at a pub/restaurant.....

dont think a sponsor holding it at their garage will be good auro for us as we cant really drink away and get p1ssed as we will have to drive home or somewhere else whereas at a pub that has rooms to hire bit like that meeting point in june we did was better......

Ok, so a country pub to lay on a hog roast or BBQ then stay in a hotel overnight. Do you think we should do the activity (i.e. Stanford Hall) on the day of the BBQ or the next day (Hangover??)

Robin/TeamGCR has a pub somewhere up that way, I am sure he would lay something on for us. We are due to do see him when the Bora is finished, perhaps this could coincide with it?
