Sounds like a great event, well done for pulling it together. Only wish I could be there to meet you, anyway, one day who knows. Make sure you assign an official club "David Bailey" so us lot abroad get to see some very funny shots of all of you at Ace the track and dinner. It will probably encourage others who don't join to turn up next year!!

Hi All, Just to let you know that in contacting Jan at Ace to make sure we're okay for the 11th, she made me aware that there's a Fueltopia event that morning also.

Fueltopia are doing a toy run in aid of the Shooting Stars Childrens Hospice (kudos for that!) and plan to meet at Ace for breakfast. I've contacted the organiser to let him know we'll be there also, but haven't heard back yet. Jan is happy that Ace can accommodate both parties. I believe their plan is to meet there between 9am and 11am and then drive over to the hospice to donate toys and have the children see and sit in their cars.

So if all works to timetable, our arrival should be about right, but knowing things never quite run to plan, please just respect what they're doing when you arrive.

Matt, thought of that but as its my birthday weekend a bit my wife would want to be with me ... Also working the weekend after and the Saturday before so a bit unfare that I would not be with her the only full weekend I have off before Christmas. Nice thought though.
