The misses has just pointed out that we have a baby and dogs that cannot be left on their own for the weekend...
So it may well mean we'll be coming down from Essex instead, after taking two cars up there, staying over night, and then having to go all the way back up there, just to drive two cars home again! Obviously I'm not impressed with this idea so will be pitching Louise's mum to come down and stay at ours for the Saturday evening and then we'll still meet at Winchester... I'll keep you posted.

No baby (thank the lord) but the same issue with our dog. An overnight at the dog-sitter will sort that out.

A company called Pet Pals. It's a franchise, but the Loughborough branch is within walking distance of us and the husband and wife that run it are great with Cuba (our dog). He very much looks forward to going there, which he does about once a week when Linda is working away from home.

Truly truly gutted as it looks like I will not be attending ... Can not get a babysitter to look after the little ones. We have 3 sets of parents in Chepstow and all are busy that weekend.

Still trying Miles but its becoming a bit difficult ... Haven't given up all hope though and will keep trying ..... Perhaps we can have a Satellite link like at the Oscars for the ones who can not attend.
