Booked £90 over the phone. I did not find the phone process that easy and spoke to 4 different people!

Just booked this directly with the hotel. The cost is £90 for an executive room and includes breakfast & VAT. Those that have booked their rooms online for £84 apparently have standard rooms. I was told by the hotel that anyone who has booked online and not given a card number to guarantee the room should call the hotel to sort this. They are very busy on that day and may not guarantee rooms that have been booked without providing card details.
