Not good part of the event is the atmosphere one of the reasons we decided to pass this year

Pretty quiet compared to usual in La Chartre too. Quite a few modern Porsche’s and that’s about it. Did spot a lone Maser in the square with NI plate. Is this one of the SM posse?

Radio Le Mans is good too, you can find it on tunein or just google It. Loads of interviews, discussion etc. They do a roll of honour just before the race starts of all the motor racing characters who have died in the past year and what they did. Sounds a bit morose, but it is pretty interesting.

Joe Macari is the owner. He and Dario just finished the legends race where Dario claimed GT class win in a DBR9 from Joe in the MC12, both owned by him also. Lucky b…rd!
