Following a planning meeting in the curry house and the pub, I gives me great pleasure to announce that Viva Tea Party or Bust will be a go in 2022.

The itinerary is currently as follows, starting on the Friday 16th of September. We expect total cost per couple to be around £3200. Singles will be slightly higher due to single occupancy charges.

Day 0: Ferry to Santander (Friday Overnight)
Day 1: Santander to Picos
Day 2: Picos to Longrono
Day 3: Longrono to Loret De Mar
Day 4: Day off - Loret De Mar
Day 5: Loret De Mar to Mount Ventoux
Day 6: Mount Ventoux to Lauzette
Day 7: Lauzette to Turin (Lingotto Hotel - The old Fiat Factory)
Day 8: Turin to Camogli
Day Day off - Camogli / Portofino
Day 10: Camogli to Como (Via Alfa Museum in Arese)
Day 11: Day off Como (Speedboats!)
Day 12 Como to Mulhouse
Day 13: Mulhouse to Calais

We will be knocking the itinerary into shape of the next few months so we want to gauge how many will want to come and then we will be looking for deposits towards the end of the year. Form a disorderly queue below:

Getting through TWO 'day 6's might be challenging....

I'm not suggesting these are the actual roads to be travelled, but I like to have an idea of the geography....

Logrono is a great place!
Went there for a friend 40th a couple of years ago.

There a rabbit warren of streets with tiny little bars and tapas places. It's brilliant.

Apparently it's where a lot of Spanish stag and hen do's take place.

I stayed in the Lingotto last time we were in Turin.

The National car museum is a ten minute stroll away and well worth a visit.

Sounds good - we may want to extend for a bit and visit some combination of the Jura / Burgundy / Champagne on the way back to Calais.

Maserati trip virgins, but am sure you guys will show us the ropes! When I bought my GT this type of trip was one of the conditions my missus set!

Excellent to see forward planning for meets again, well done people. Too far away for me to consider yet though.
