I might beat a retreat a bit earlier than 17:00hrs, got a BBQ to be at in Stanmore by around 4pm so will zoom at 3pm most likely! As long as I get a few runs in that's all I need. Shame I couldn't do the morning but am working until 11, my life is just a social whirl...
