Alfa 4C UK price - 45k

I have a 4C LE on order, and can't wait to get hold of it.

At it's price I could have ordered something else like a cayman or a lotus, but I didn't even have a notion for any of them (albeit I do like them), let alone WANT one.

For me this is why Alfa got my order, I have loved the looks ever since I saw the concept, and love the fact Alfa have been brave enough to go for it.

The only other car I seriously considered was a used GTS, but it was beyond my budget - the closer I looked, the more expensive I went with my perfect GTS desires, then the depreciation factor kicked in and worried me (whereas the 4C's future value is unknown). I know it's a completely different beastie from a 4C, but, for me, it's still a weekend/non daily driver car.

Fair play to you...the 4C is a ground breaker which should appeal to those who want a true Italian alternative

Thanks for that!
Who knows may even have it for the next Llandow, then I'll argue with myself about bringing it or not bringing it, and if so, whether to wrap it in cotton wool!

I know the feeling only too well, I'm putting everything into owning it. Looking forward to it though.

I think your right, should suit the track perfectly. Trouble is I'll be **tting myself about damaging it! Especially since I'm used to fwd! I bought the 75 to get some practice in.

I'm planning on getting some driving tuition at some point, but haven't looked into that yet.

Apparently as a benefit of being a Launch Edition customer, I will get an invite from Alfa to go to the Balocco circuit in Italy to be shown how to drive it. Haven't heard any more about that though. They also didn't say whether it will be a freebie or have a price attached!

Come on Colin everything costs. Nothing for free in this life mate or it hasn't come my way yet.

Drooling! Sounds like a great way to get to know the car. That might be worth selling off any relatives for if the price is unpleasant.

Doubt it will be free on a £45k car. With Maserati it's something like £2.5k plus travel.

I fully expect it to be at a cost, and I'll be going no matter what if the offer does come along! Selling relatives for a track outing in Italy? That's a bargain to me!

If you need a few friends to join you instead of family, there may be a few volunteers on here..!!
