This is the very same car. The gentleman who owned it was selling this and an Aston and which ever went first he would keep the other. Really nice chap in his late sixties, early seventies. The car was in fantastic condition and received a lot of attention at the show. Surprisingly he didn't have a For Sale sign on it as he said he was in no hurry and rather it went to the right owner.

Ooh Matt, this feels like one of those pre-destined opportunities! Has to be worth a little look-see?

I have had a few emails exchanged with the owner, and here are some more pics. I offered him the PX on the GS, but he is not interested. It has none standard wheels, and the history is very flaky, well, there are large gaps which we are trying to fill.

Here are some more pics showing some of the hidden areas and interior. I dont like the red piping on the carpets, but that is nit picking:

That doesn't look too bad Matt? Lived in but not terrible.

He's had it a while hasn't he? Is the history very flaky? Would be a valid point of negotiation if there are holes.

Not sure about the bonnet as it's vented? Did the Bora have a vented bonnet or is that a donation from a Merak SS?

Any front end and profile shots available?

I take it the numbers all match?

For all these cars......am more interested in what I can't see, rather than whats plainly visible......................pics sans mats, up on a ramp........with one of those scope thingies to look in the box sections....:)

Plus a big thick wad of invoices and documents......................:)

Peter, I think its one of those car bags, you know, the ventilation type, so would not worry about that.
