guys................is it wise to have a competion for the best dressed lady ?.............have a think about this..........all our girls spend ages diciding what to wear, its very very important for them, ...then ask us what we think...if we are not suitably enthusiastic in our reply they are upest forever.
Only one winner.......how do you think the rest will feel........embarressed.......probably, ****** off.......oh yes.........the conversations you will be listening to next morning will be along the lines of " HOW CAN THEY POSSIBLY THINK THAT WHAT SHE WAS WEARING LOOKED GOOD ON HER!!!!!!!"

For us guys it doesn't matter what the other guys wear, we dont notice. Women.....its as important as breathing.

Good point frog, lets change the category slightly:
1) Best International Play Boy - Prize Donated by Simon
2) Best Dressed couple Prize donated by Loz
3) Best Weekend Driver Prize donated by Conaero
4) Quiz Winning Couple. Prize donated by Enzo

That way the loosing ladies can blame their scruffy other halves....like we care!

HAHAHAHAHAH.....Great one.

Weather looking like a dry start on Friday, with a wet night. Same for Saturday & Sunday...but it's going to be windy, hope your crossings are not too rough!

Staying at the Chequers Inn in Smarden on Thursday night £70 for a premier room[treat for Soph'] so if anyone is heading that way and wants to join us in the bar you are welcome [Just off the M20 half way between Maidstone & Ashford].

Thursday looks like a dry day so chance to get the car all shiney befor the trip.

My best mate has a great story about one of his channel ferry crossings - it was so rough, that more than 2/3rds of the passengers AND staff were being sick. The people clearing up the sick, were being sick. He went outside on deck, and someone was sick on him from the top deck. Then his wife was sick on him.

he liked it to the episode of "Family Guy" that many of my fellow imbeciles might appreciate :)

Many years ago I went on an alll day fishing trip with work colleagues. The sea was so rough that the skipper of the boat contemplated returning to port. He did not do so but persevered. After hours aboard the vessel I became extremely ill and started vomiting bile repeatedly as a consequence. I had a flask of Heinz tomato soup and I thought I had better have some. Anyway it wasn't long before I had to get rid of it. In my hurry to get to the side of the boat I rather rudely brushed past one of my friends without so much as a word of apology. Once I had finished feeding the fish however, I was quick to say sorry. Actually he was very understanding and said 'that's alright dear chap'. Now he thought that I was merely apologising for knocking him as I passed. I wasn't. You see he was down wind of me when I threw up and a generous portion of regurgitated soup had landed on his forearm. The conditions were so cold that he hadn't felt or noticed the contents of my projectile vomiting! Yes the results were quite colouful and artistic really.... You should have seen the expression on the poor man's face when he realised what had happened............. This is a revolting but true story so I won't bring it up again!

Best wishes,

Paul

One more, not sailing but similar, sorry.

I went to the Silverstone GP in the late nineties with my brother. We stayed up on the eve of the race drinking till 4am so the next morning we were absolutely hanging.

Anyway, we went for a walk to try and sober up and ended up in the pit lane. I turned round to see my brother had gone green and then vomited all down himself and over the bacon roll he was eating.

I exclaimed that he had drunk to much to which he said not, the bacon rind in his roll was about a foot long and one end was in his roll and the other end was in his stomach and he did not know if he should pull or swallow!

Dear All,

Just to let all know Pauline and myself will be going by the Sea France sailing put back to 9.40 UK time, which should be in France around midday local time.

This will put us behind on the timings but hey its all the fun of the trip, so hopefully we will be with you all in Le Touquet in time for the onward journery after lunch 1.30ish cross fingers.

Well, bought a new Tux for the casino and just finished ironing my dress shirt. What tie are we going? Black bow is normal, but white bow is the most formal, i have both, and some extra cufflinks if you want them.

DJ at the casino, means I can wear my favourite cufflinks, what do you think, very apt?

See what we can do. Rachel has said she wants a bath at the hotel so that looks like we won't be coming out to play tonight then. If you want to pop over to us about 9 I'll be able to have a beer with you in the bar.
