I will be coming along with my twin brother will meet you all at the Ace but will then have to shoot off as other comittments.
Do come along Andrea as on both occasions i have met you it has been a ball.
Look forward to meeting some of you other guys and girls too.

Hi All,

Apologies, with regards to the Karting, a screw-up with the automated booking system has caused a double-booking and therefore some frantic re-organising.

So we have a new venue for the karting, Reading rather than Heathrow. We'll need to be there at 2.30pm for a 3.00pm start, we're booked in for the Open GT Elite and should be done for 5.30pm. We're not too far from the hotel and restaurant, so no damage done there, but I'd propose meeting at Ace a little earlier, say from 11am onwards (earlier if you want?) so we can chat, kick tyres, luncheon and be away for 1.30pm to travel over to Reading.

i have been before, went a few years ago, it was great, plenty of fit 30 year olds there but that was summer time, this time it is winter, so i bet there is some old gits there.

Ahh... just caught up with this thread.... you all make me laugh - (first lady) i feel like Hilary Clinton now....ok, won't stay over but should be able to make ace, karting and dinner - tuck my ball gown into my overalls and have helmet head hairdo - but hey ho!

Looking forward to meeting you all (some again, thanks Loz - glad Kaz going) Looks busy timetable - sterling job Miles - thanks for all your hard work, looks a fab day x

Maybe south westers - could meet up head out together?

I'll be heading up the M3 to M25, into the smoke at the M4 junction.
More than happy to meet up with any one along the way, not sure if any one else is going that way though?

Dan, dont go that way you will get creamed in the traffic. Best to go M3, M25 then J16 M40/A40, much much quicker. Ill give you a shout nearer the time if you wish and we can meet up at Winchester North Services.

Great - keep in touch - are you really leaving after the Ace? what no Karting and Dinner?

We probably need to be away from Ace by 1.30pm. This gives an hour with traffic to get to the karting for a 2.30pm check in and 3.00pm race start.

So meeting at Ace at 11.00am seems good, but just bear with me over the weekend as I just need to confirm a couple of details with Ace.
