No idea who runs this, but only 20 minutes away via the B660 which is my favourite local driving experience.

Anyone know more about it?

Give us a shout a few days before Rob and be happy to meet you there for a quick coffee , likewise its just up the road for me , just enough to get her well warmed up

Ferrari concours, what's the point? Most of them are concours because they don't do many miles. It's a beauty pageant for garage Queens.

The best used Ferrari I have seen is a 360 spider owned by Rich, one of the founders of the Supercar drivers. It's red, chipped, battered and high mileage, and it is regularly thrashed to within an inch of it's life on club runs. It runs 'straight throughs' and sounds fabulous. IMO that's what it was made to do not sit in a garage to protect it's value.

Go to museums and you will see lots of cars like those. I prefer to see them driven.

I think thats what they did at Stanford, gave the Maserati concours to an older owner did lots of miles but looked less pristine than the much less used car.

Hmm... could quite fancy the Ferrari day, not much interest in the modern stuff as it's all over London but the Dinos, 250s, 275s, 330s and so do really do float my boat. Love the 250LM in the second to last picture, I wonder how many of those cars were driven there?!

A lot of the very old stuff is driven there, get there nice and early and you see it all arrive, i was behind an Enzo and F50 last year on the way to the event, that was a sight to remember. Ferrari Concourse is on Sunday 11th September. Here are the details of where it is.
