........and every petrolhead would agree with you that the M3 is over (and above) the C63!
And as the person who has owned both cars and covered 50k miles over a 3 year period, I can tell you that most petrolhead opinions on this are not based on anything more than what they'd like to believe, what is written by a few journalists who place the highest importance on track times and very rarely (if ever) on how the cars actually drive!
I believe there is one other person on this forum who also has owned both and will also likely remind you all that the Stuttgart taxi is actually a superior ROAD car!
Of course, you're all entitled to your own opinions but until you've spent years driving and living with both then you'll just have to trust that mine is the only one that matters
Lol....I love the C63/M3 debate as it gets so many people riled up. Until you have driven them both properly (and I mean by the scruff of their neck) you seriously can't appreciate just how similar they are to each other - you can forget all previous brand preconceptions with these two as they're both so different to what went before. I'm just glad to have been able up enjoy them both (oh, the RS4 doesn't get a look in in my opinion...they rarely make their claimed output, they understeer too much for my liking and my standard 335i that I had before the M3 was able to keep up with the RS4 my boss had at the time!)
Of course, none of this matters if you have an allegiance to one brand over another or if you simply like or dislike the way one of them looks.
