550 Rebuild and Running Report

Ah, good stuff. Out of interest, have you contacted the previous owner to see if they have any more info on the car (or what happened to it?).

I do have his contact details, but have not been in touch.
The car has all its service/owner manuals/handbooks/keys/toolkit etc...
and a large sevice history file...last one was done at Emblem on 19/Jul/2010 with 40318 miles ( she now has 41407)...
I also have the build sheet which confirms the spec and the options (such as the fiorano handling pack etc) which was kindly sent to me by Mandy at Maranellos.

Am hoping that with all the polishing they have been doing Miles, the next shots I take will look even better

Oh, didn't realise you couldn't make Stanford Enzo. Real shame, as it wold have been such a nice place to meet Florence for the first time.

As for the wet handling day, if you've told a lady she's out on a date, well who could blame Emma for throwing a tantrum if you forsook her. Best not go there.

Out of curiosity, did you ever consider a different shade of blue? It's going to look stunning in TDF, but I have to say that Pozzi Blue makes me weak on the 550...

Hi JP...yes, I did consider other shades...and also love the Pozzi blue...but wanted to keep it original

If someone runs away then its to even it up...But if you have a great car then the otehr need to catch up..Very odd.

Thought i'd mention that the Vitaphone MC12 driven by Bertoli at silverstone ,were all weight penaltied , thought it really unfair
